The band landedonBillboard’sTop Country Albums Chart again in 2018 and 2019 with Volumes I, II, III, and IV of a clever EPcompilation series titled “Elements.” In February 2018, “Water,”landed on theBillboardCountry Albums chart at #9 and at #2 onBillboard’sIndependent Albums chartalong with making their debut on the most revered stage in country music, the Grand Ole Opry.In September of 2018, “Wind” landed at #1 on iTunescountry page and #11 onBillboard’sIndependent Albums chart. In February 2019, Vol. III “Fire” landed at #5 on Billboard’sIndependent Albums chartand #46 Billboard’sTop Country Albums Chart. The collectible compilation seriesended with“Earth” which again landed at on the charts at #15 on Billboard’s Americana/Folk Album chart.

Living up to their fan-centered reputation, the band hosts annual events like “Hazelnut Hang,” that focuseson fan involvement and was a pioneer in themed cruise experiences by co-founding “The Rock Boat,” a cruise featuring nonstop opportunities for fan/artist interaction. Sister Hazel has been equally attentive to connecting with their audience through socialmedia.They have since made their Grand Ole Opry debut and shared the stages with country music superstars at The CMA Festival, Tortuga Music Festival, among others.In addition to the events and touring, the band also gives back with “Lyrics For Life.” Founded by singer Ken Block and the Band, the charity unites musicians and celebrities for concerts and auctions to benefit cancer research and patient-care charities.

Copper Flats

Made up of band members Brandon Kelly (lead vocals), Jeremy Castaldo (keys/acoustic guitar/electric guitar/background vocals), and Drew Smith (acoustic guitar/background vocals), Copper Flats is already lighting up its followers’ feeds on socials with charismatic personalities and thick country sounds. This Arkansas-based band took the long-term approach to their music by spending six months in Nashville meticulously writing and recording a year's worth of original songs. Inspired by time with family, the outdoors, and everyday life, the depth of the lyrics tells a story we’ve all lived.

As longtime founders and musicians in previous projects, the bandmates are no strangers to big stages. If you thought you recognized Smith and Castaldo as original members of Midnight South and supporting musicians for country artist Tyler Kinch, you’d be correct. Among the three band members, they have shared the stage supporting some of the biggest names in country music, like Kenny Chesney, Parker McCollum, Justin Moore, Dylan Scott, Bailey Zimmerman, Flatland Cavalry, Nate Smith, Randy Houser, Lonestar, Tracy Byrd, Aaron Tippin, Collin Raye, Sammy Kershaw, Tyler Farr, Corey Kent, Jon Langston, Sister Hazel, Easton Corbin, and Tanner Usrey.
